MAATURITY

MAATURITY
Art at teatime
MAATurity is a programme that invites the senior population to dialogue with contemporary art, bringing their life experiences to the museum for a new debate. Based on the provocations and stimuli offered by maat, through its building and its programmes, the sessions are designed to promote the analysis of current issues in a decoding made by intergenerational crossing.
The challenge presented to the participants will be carried out through theoretical reflections and small practical exercises that seek to break preconceptions and to create new dynamics of being, learning and reflecting in the museum. The voice, maturity and history of each participant will be the raw material for new space-time-matter relationships that will be sought after at each moment.
The sessions will take place online and in-person, divided between two moments each month, one via Zoom and one meeting at the museum.
