Jeff Wall. Time Stands Still. Photographs, 1980-2023 is one of the most extensive exhibitions to date on the work of one of the biggest names on the international visual arts scene in recent decades. It is also the artist's first solo exhibition in Portugal.

Exhibition tours at MAAT do not aim to provide ready answers as to what art and a museum space should be, but rather seek to provide an informal space for experimentation which promotes knowledge and dialogue, a shared responsibility which encourages the visitor to take on an active role.
