The exhibition Cerith Wyn Evans – Forms in Space… through Light (in Time) is the British artist's first solo show in Portugal. It brings together light sculptures, sound installations and video pieces, notably the monumental neon structure that occupies the Oval Gallery and transforms the perception of space, crossing light, time and language.

Exhibition tours at MAAT do not aim to provide ready answers as to what art and a museum space should be, but rather seek to provide an informal space for experimentation which promotes knowledge and dialogue, a shared responsibility which encourages the visitor to take on an active role.
