In partnership with Festival de Poesia de Lisboa, under the theme ‘Cartography of Affections,’ an open mic session is proposed within the exhibition space. All participants are invited to read or share poems – either their own or by other authors – inspired by the idea of ‘painting grey days.’
The session will be moderated by Catarina Marques, a guest of the Festival, and aims to create an atmosphere of poetic experimentation, where reading aloud becomes a gesture of encounter, sharing and building emotional connections between the audience and participants.
This initiative forms part of the exhibition pencils for colouring grey days* – Works from the EDP Foundation Art Collection, the title of which quotes a work by Carlos Nogueira.
