On World Music Day, MAAT celebrates with a sound journey led by Tainá. The singer-songwriter invites you to slow down, to let your body and mind surrender to the present, echoing each note. As part of MAAT's anniversary celebrations, she presents a meditative and intimate concert, using crystal bowls, gongs, flutes and her voice. More than a show, it is an immersive experience that can be enjoyed sitting or lying on the floor, with your eyes closed or simply listening intently. A veritable ocean of frequencies will emerge to harmonise your inner self, awakening a state of consciousness and deep relaxation.

Audience: Children aged 10+, young people and adults (not recommended for women who are up to three months pregnant)

Biography: Tainá is a singer, songwriter, and voice and music therapy teacher for adults and children. Throughout her career, she has explored her own voice as a personal experience, studying with different schools, teachers, and therapists in Brazil and Portugal. She has degrees in music, sound therapy and yoga, and is dedicated to investigating the relationship between music, sound and human development.

Materials: Comfortable clothing, a warm jacket and, optionally, your own mat.

19.00 - 20.00 Visit with Sketchbook: Drawings of the Industrial Atmosphere, with Susana Anágua

A special event at the Power Station that invites you to discover the space through drawing. Exploring industrial and technical heritage, each participant is challenged to observe differently, using drawing not as a faithful reproduction, but as a record of impressions, shapes, textures, shadows and atmospheres. Along the way, drawing becomes a tool for careful observation, promoting a creative experience where industry is reinterpreted as a visual and imagined landscape. Between lines, marks and graffiti, every graphic gesture translates each person's unique relationship with the setting. An experience of sensitive exploration and intuitive expression, where the Power Station reveals itself as a free and reinvented landscape.

Audience: Children aged 10+, young people and adults
